The Pro Purchase Program is for qualifying outdoor and industry professionals only.
- Pro account is for the private use of the approved Duckworth Pro. For deals with Duckworth are a privilege, and not a right, of qualified field and industry personnel.
- Purchasing gifts or for family, friends, or colleagues is not allowed unless specifically promoted or approved by Duckworth.
- All Duckworth pro orders should be ordered through the online program using an approved and current Duckworth pro account. Purchases cannot be made over the phone, or through a Duckworth retailer.
- Customer service to our pros is paramount and thus we do accept returns. Returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase if your product has the original tags and is unworn and unwashed. Please visit our return portal HERE to start the return/exchange process.
