Please be aware that wool is a natural fiber and requires less washing than some of you other clothing, but when you do wash your Duckworth wool garments, note the washing instructions that are sewn into the interior seam of your garment. In general we recommend a cold, gentle hand wash for certain lightweight garments and a gentle or wool wash cycle for others. Hang drying your Duckworth garments is recommended.

Duckworth products are made with Montana Merino wool in the United States. There may be variations in color shades from season to season, this is completely normal, as wool is a completely a natural fiber. If you need to return your purchase for a replacement or refund, we accept returns of regular priced merchandise in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Duckworth garments that are purchased from a retail outlet should be returned to the original place of purchase.
Exchanged items will be sent only after the returned goods have been received and reviewed. The customer assumes both the return shipping cost to Duckworth and the replacement item shipping cost, unless the item is found to be defective, in which case we will gladly credit your shipping costs. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Duckworth. Please note that wear and tear, mishandling, and negligence does not fall under warranty.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return or exchange your order for something different if you have purchased it directly from Duckworth. Exchanges and returns are accepted for any reason within 30 days of purchase if your product has the original tags and is unworn and unwashed. All garments have washing instructions on an internal label. Instructions can also be found on the product pages of the website. Please adhere to these instructions as refunds and replacements will not be given if these instructions are not followed
All returns must include a copy of the receipt with the reason for the return. Please email email@example.com or call 844.922.3825 for a Return Authorization Form. All returns/ exchanges must include this form to be accepted.
