Job Description:

Best-known as the manufacturer of merino wool garments, Duckworth manufactures high performance wool fabrics that excel in all environments.  We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Bozeman, MT.  If you are searching for a company where you will have a large impact and make a difference, Duckworth is looking for you.  As the Brand Champion for Duckworth, you will be responsible for leading and organizing the marketing departments workflow, projects, and schedule.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Being point of contact for all marketing-related deliverables
  • Managing a complex marketing schedule
  • Leading all aspects of the marketing department
  • Managing all communication and relationships with contractor partners
  • Managing a marketing budget
  • Assisting in annual forecasting process
  • Leading seasonal marketing calendars
  • Guiding future brand extensions
  • Digital asset management 
  • Ensuring continuity in brand feel and voice across platforms 

Required Job Qualification:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Significant understanding of the outdoor industry
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders
  • Resourceful self-starter
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite
  • Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to travel 10% of time and relocate to Bozeman, MT

Desired Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university
  • Experience with project management systems
  • Experience with premium priced brands
