The Men's Vapor Long Sleeve Crew is a lightweight Merino Wool layer built for 4-season performance.

This long sleeve begins with natural, American-grown Merino Wool that is then spun and knit into our proprietary Vapor Wool fabric. Vapor wool combines three fibers to create a garment that is lightweight, soft, cooling, antimicrobial (odor-free), moisture-wicking and ultra-fast-drying. The Vapor Long Sleeve Crew is the perfect no-bulk solo layer or baselayer for high exertion activities.

Features a slightly athletic fit. American-made with American Wool.

NEW FOR 2026: The vapor collection now features an updated vortex-spun yarn construction designed for greater durability, reduced pilling, and longer-lasting performance. This improvement strengthens the fabric while preserving its ultralight breathability and soft feel that continues to improve with wear and washing.

The most critical feature is at day's end I find I'm dry in all of the sweat absorbing areas, preventing any hypothermia that moisture retention would typically causes. WHY NO XXXL SIZES
At this time, we only make Small-XXL sizes
I have both the Vapor longsleeve T and the Comet Crew sweater. I have read your care/wash instructions, but was wondering if between washes I could use a handheld steamer to freshen it up and remove any wrinkles?
We do not recommend it in our washing and care instructions. Often, you can hang up the shirt over night and it should unwrinkle/look fresh the next day!
Hello - I own a comet hoodie - great because no itch factor - do you think the vapor would also be a low itch factor fabric ?
Definitely! We use our AAA wool, which is our softest, finest wool, for the Vapor fabric so it is super soft and not itchy!
