Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't quite right we're here to help make it right.


Our Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of order fulfillment.

Items must be 1) in their original, unworn condition (unwashed, no hair/dirt attached) 2) have hangtags still attached, and 3) be neatly folded and packaged as they were when they arrived.

We cannot accommodate returns for opened briefs.

If you believe you have received a defective garment or a garment that has not held up to the Duckworth standard, please use the return portal and select “Warranty Claim” as your return reason. We will reach out to you directly after your case has been reviewed (may take up to 7 business days).

If a return does not meet Duckworth's return standards, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution. This may include denying a refund, offering partial credit (such as 50% of the return value), or a similar alternative.

Examples of noncompliance include, but are not limited to: signs of wear or use, stains, odors, inaccurate return reasons, or sending back items that are not Duckworth products. Final judgment on noncompliance rests with Duckworth.

Return Process

If your items meet the above criteria, click here to be taken to our return portal.

Simply enter your order number and zip code/email and select which item(s) you would like to exchange/return to begin the process.

Return shipping on exchanges or site credits is free of charge.

On refunds, a processing fee of $14 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Once we have received the item(s), our team will send a confirmation email along with any additional info or next steps.

Please note: We cannot process returns, refunds, or exchanges in person at our office in Bozeman or at the Schnee’s storefront. Our office does not stock any inventory nor does it have the necessary technology to do so, and Schnee’s is a separate entity with separate inventory. If you purchased your Duckworth item at Schnee’s, please refer to them directly for returns & exchanges. Thank you for respecting this.

 

Exchanges & Out-of-Stock Items 

Duckworth proudly produces carefully managed runs of American-made goods. We frequently sell out of our products; oftentimes within days of releasing them. Therefore, some styles and sizes may be out of stock at the time of your exchange request. If the item you wish to exchange for is no longer available, we can offer the following solutions:

  • A full refund of your purchase price to your original payment method (minus processing fee), or

  • Store credit equivalent to your original purchase price that you may use toward a future purchase when your desired size or style is back in stock

We wish we could guarantee that every item is in stock at all times for you, but that’s the nature of small-batch, American-made goods, and we think that’s worth it. We work hard to produce the best products possible; not necessarily the most. We appreciate your patience with this.

 

Sale Pricing 

We don't do sales often and that's intentional. Making everything in America is something we take pride in, though it also means operating with certain constraints. We keep tight margins and support fair compensation to American workers within a domestic supply chain. Therefore, we're only able to offer a small number of sale events each year. When we do run one, it's a genuine opportunity and the pricing applies exclusively during that window.

Because of this, we are unable to honor sale prices on purchases or exchanges after a sale has ended. Thank you for understanding.
