We accept returns within 30 days of order fulfillment. Items must 1) be in their original condition (unwashed, no hair/dirt), 2) have the hang tags still attached, and 3) be neatly folded and packaged. We cannot accommodate returns for opened briefs.Â
If any noncompliance is present within a return, Duckworth has the authority to use discretion for the resolution of the situation, regardless of the customer's desired return outcome. This may include no financial compensation, credit for half the amount of the return, or similar. Noncompliance includes visible wear or use, marks or scents on the garment, inaccurate representation of the reason for return, sending a non-Duckworth garment back for any return outcome, and/ or similar situations. If you have received a defective garment, or a garment that has not held up to the Duckworth standard, please use the return portal to file a warranty claim. Select "Warranty Claim" as your return reason, and we will reach out to you after we review. Please note warranty claims may take up to 7 business days to review.
Our simple 5-step return process:
- Please visit our return portal and enter your order number and zip code/ email.
- Select which item(s) you would like to exchange/return.
- For exchanges or site credits, return shipping is FREE.
- When making a return for a refund, there is a processing and restocking fee ($14.00 deducted from your refund)
- We will send a confirmation email once we receive the item(s).
