"Literally the best purchase I’ve ever made need all colors."
"Excellent technical product. Regularly use these for skiing and extended backcountry elk hunting. Provides great warmth and breathability. Great balance for long hikes/ski runs of high activity and stationary glassing. Have worn these multiple days in a row and have never had issues with odor or moisture retention. Would highly recommend for use in cold weather activities."
"This blows the cheap Walmart leggings out of this planet. Super comfortable, warm, seem pretty durable (only worn for about a month) and as an American beef producer, I love supporting other American raised animals and production. I use them for work (ranch duties), lounging, and hunting, and am never disappointed in quality or comfort"
"We spend a lot of time in the woods and on trails. Over the years I have found that wearing leggings helps with my circulation and reduces the swelling in my feet at the end of each 5-20 Mile trek we might be on. When you’re hiking you can’t beat the Maverick leggings, they breathe with you, they don’t chafe or bunch, and they help my legs and feet not swell as much, maybe it’s just me though, my wife doesn’t have the same issues of her feet swelling like I do. But when we camp, we have a double sleeping bag, and it’s difficult to have baggy clothes and be comfortable. We both started wearing the comet leggings while camping and I sleep in a snorkel hoodie and she a comet hoodie, but I’ve started sleeping in my leggings every night at home and just feel better in the mornings. I don’t know how they make them but if you wear regular thermal long Johns and you sweat to death, or they bunch and twist and ride up but I have yet to have a pair of maverick or comet leggings do that, they really are a great product. If you have a need, these are the ones to get. Don’t buy cheaper because you’ll replace in due time. Support the brand, you won’t find better than Duckworth American Made Products!"
"Feels great."
"Folks who think it doesn’t get cold down south would be wrong. Maybe not 38 below zero but the humidity here makes freezing get to you very quickly if you’re not moving, as in a deer stand. The Comet leggings under a good pair of trousers makes all the difference. Can’t beat wool."
"This is an excellent base layer for winter. I live in Eastern Washington and wear the Comet line exclusively during winter. It's true when they say you don't need to launder after each wearing. Hang them up at night and let them air out. I have several pairs of shirts and pants and rotate them daily. When they do need washing, it is as simple as using a lanolin based, no rinse cleaner (Eucalan) in a five-gallon bucket. Gently swish garments in liquid, then squeeze (don't twist) out the liquid, roll in a cotton towel and squeeze. Unroll, then hang to dry."
"Work great for work"
