I ordered this shirt thinking it was ordered in Large. Order #420128016. When received it was small. I tried to do return/exchange. Page said Final Sale. When I ordered no page indicated final sale. Can I exchange?

Does the Women's Polaris Loose Crew have a lower neck than the other women's crew neck long sleeve tee shirts? On the picture shown of it, it looks like it does.
It should be very similar to the necklines on the other women's shirts! I would say it is in between a crew neck and a scoop neck.
